Be returned within 14 days of delivery
Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts, or returned after 14 days may not be eligible for a full refund.

Please include your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
If your return is not approved, we will notify you with the reason.
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right—either with a replacement or full refund.
